Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the property portfolio, including the acquisition of new sites.
- Oversee the ongoing management, renewal, and disposal of properties.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal teams.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance and key opportunities.
- Experience in property management and acquisitions, ideally within the industrial or logistics sectors.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Based in London or Leeds, with some travel to the head office in Morley.
