- First point of contact for incoming telephone calls
- Greeting visitors and deliveries from suppliers
- Ordering stationery and other ad hoc items
- Weekly Amazon purchasing for our retail team
- Incoming/outgoing post
- General support to finance team including preparation of sales invoices and posting of stock transfers
The Key Requirements of the Receptionist
- Experience working with transactional finance beneficial but not essential
- Sociable and pro-active attitude
