Our client based in Leeds City Centre has an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist to join their growing business in the professional services sector.

Salary - £27,500.

Your responsibilities-

  • Diverting calls to the relevant person.
  • Ensuring the front of house is always kept presentable.
  • Booking and organising meetings.
  • Printing and filing of documents.
  • Ordering food/refreshments for meetings.
  • Distributing of mail.
  • Responsible for health and safety and fire procedures.
  • Assisting the Office Manager with any Administration tasks.

About you-

  • Front of House experience.
  • Professional manner.
  • Can work independently using initiative.
  • Organisational skills.
