Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Jefferson House, 27 Park Place, Leeds LS1 2SZ

Duration: ASAP - temp-perm

Working Hours: 8.30am - 12.30pm

Pay: £12 per hour

DBS: Basic DBS ( Can be processed)

Requirement: Must be in UK from last 5 years

Main Duties:

  • Welcome visitors. Receptionists greet customers and visitors, determine their needs and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Manage emails.
  • Perform administrative duties.
  • Ensure cleanliness.
  • Assist in maintaining security.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.

Requirement:

Must have receptionist experience and must be in UK from last 5 years
