We are currently seeking a Temporary Corporate Receptionist to join our client's dynamic team.

- Job Title: Temporary Corporate Receptionist

- Hourly Rate: £12.00

- Hours: 8am-5pm

- Start Date: ASAP

- End Date: Ongoing

- Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
