Our client is a leader in professional services, investment management, and property solutions, dedicated to maximising the potential of property to accelerate success for our clients.
- Job Title: Temporary Receptionist
- Hourly Rate: £12 - £13 an hour
- Hours: 8am-6pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 4-8 weeks (potential to go permanent)
- Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
- Location: Leeds
What You'll Do:As a Temporary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing our client's company with a warm and welcoming demeanour. Your duties will include:
- Greeting visitors and clients with a smile
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
- Handling inquiries and providing information about our services
- Maintaining an organised reception area
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinating appointments and meetings
