We are currently seeking Temporary Receptionists/ Customer Service professionals to join our client's team in the automotive industry over the Christmas Period.

The Role:

As a Temporary Receptionist/ Customer Service professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership. Providing excellent customer service will be your top priority, ensuring that visitors feel welcomed and valued. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Assisting customers with their inquiries and providing information about the available cars and services.
  • Managing the dealership's email and responding to customer queries promptly.
  • Booking appointments for test drives and vehicle servicing.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.

About You:

To excel in this temporary role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or reception role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
