The Role:We are looking for a proactive and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our small but driven team in Leeds. The primary focus of this role is to support our Business Manager in growing the location and expanding our industrial recruitment services across the North West.

The Role:As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our UK operations. You'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to building lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities for 360 Recruitment Consultant (not limited to):

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to client management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the industrial sector.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the branch.
Support the Business Manager in implementing strategies to expand our presence in the North West.
Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

What We're Looking For in our Recruitment Consultants:

Experience: Ideally, you will have previous experience in the industrial recruitment sector. However, we are open to candidates with recruitment experience in other sectors who are eager to transition into industrial recruitment.
