Our client a global and expanding Law firm based in Leeds City Centre offices are looking for an Administrator to support a team and provide PA support at Partner level. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator who is ambitious candidate as the client offers a clear progression path and training and development opportunities.

Salary: 26,000

LS1 based - 3 days wfh 2 days in the office.

Your responsibilities-

  • Writing standard letters and emails to clients

  • Inbox management

  • Invoicing/billing

  • Answering phones and taking messages

  • Booking travel/accommodation when required

  • Diary management

  • Reporting and document/file management

  • Researching

About you-

  • 1+years of Administration experience, ideally from professional services / regulated business
  • Professional manner.
  • Can work towards deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Can work independently.
