Your Mission:

As our Business Development expert, you'll be the driving force behind our growth. You'll establish new partnerships, help redefine recruitment strategies, and lead us and our partners to even greater success.

  • Identify and win over new clients in the Tech and Engineering recruitment space.
  • Work with the Business Director to craft tailored solutions to meet clients' unique needs.
  • Collaborate closely with our talented team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Keep us at the forefront of innovation by using your networks and communities to keep up on everything recruitment, Tech and Engineering
  • Harness the power of the Group services, collaborating and cross selling where possible.

What we're looking for:

  • A proven track record in business development in a 360 recruitment role within Engineering, Manufacturing or Technology sectors.
  • You might currently be an experienced 360 recruitment consultant looking to focus purely on winning new business.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • A passion for exceeding targets, driving results and getting things done
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for success
  • Resilience and adaptability, with a flair for thriving in dynamic environment
  • To be able to get to our Stonehouse Office in Gloucestershire when required.
