Salary:to £35k DOE with approx £12k-£15k bonus paid monthly ,team bonus

Location :Leeds ,West Yorkshire

We require aCandidate Manager/ Resourcer /Recruitment Consultant/Client Delivery Consultant to join a busy and established team.This is a NON sales focussed role.This is a recruitment candidate focussed opportunity.

• This is a busy role sourcing candidates via job boards, current CRM, word of mouth ,Referrals and Social Media
• Building and maintaining a candidate network ,nurturing relationships with candidates both passive and active .
• Managing the candidate recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates /payroll /checking in /candidate compliance .
• Working closely day to day with a team of recruitment consultants assisting in filling roles.
• Communicating with candidates by phone and email

Experience Required:

• Experience in recruitment as a resourcer ,candidate manager , or recruitment consultant
