As a Senior Headhunter, you will be tasked with managing the full 360 Recruitment cycle, from sourcing and qualifying top Tech and Fintech talent, matching them with new and existing business opportunities across your client base. It's expected that you will be an ultimate relationship builder, and adept at holding conversations at board level with candidates and clients of a C-Suite nature. From here, you will negotiate, convince and consult on high contingent roles, more often than not being six-figure packages.
