Support leading agencies and brands in finding top creative and marketing talent. Use your expertise to understand client needs, delivering tailored recruitment solutions across digital, content, design, and brand strategy roles. Stay ahead of industry trends to advise on hiring best practices and emerging skill sets.

From sourcing and engaging candidates to managing interviews and negotiations, you’ll oversee the full recruitment cycle. A passion for the creative industry, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to connect talent with the right opportunities will be essential for success in this role.

The Role

  • Approach and source potential candidates via LinkedIn
  • Guiding candidates through the interview process with negotiation at each stage.
  • Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads.
  • Autonomy over your own projects, with the mentorship from Directors and Seniors.
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
  • Business development
