Sonic Summary

The position offers a basic salary of £25K plus commission, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £35K in the first year, increasing to £45K in the second year and £60K in the third year.
Candidates are required to have either a degree or at least 6 months of sales experience, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The Role:

Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
Managing your candidate database.
Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

Degree educated or 6 months sales experience
Confident and outgoing
Ambitious
Financially and success driven
Great communication skills
Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
