The job offers a basic salary of £25K with an on-target earnings (OTE) potential of £35K in the first year and up to £60K by the third year.
The client is a leading recruitment firm in the Food, Drink, and FMCG sectors, celebrating their 20th anniversary this year.
Candidates are required to have a minimum of a 2:1 degree, sales experience, or commercial experience, along with ambition and strong communication skills.

The role involves sourcing candidates, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets, with support provided throughout the interview process.

Package: £25K Basic + Commission (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

The Role:

Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
Managing your candidate database.
Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

Minimum 2:1 degree OR sales experience OR commercial experience
Ambition and drive
Time management, efficiency and exceptional work ethic
Strong communicative ability
Progressive and career minded
A personality that thrives on meritocracy and an autonomous environment
