This is a recruitment opportunity with a market-leading agency focused on the Energy Trading sector, offering a basic salary of £25K plus commission, with an OTE of £35K in the first year.
The role requires a minimum of a 2:1 degree and ideally 6 months of sales experience, although this is not mandatory.
Candidates will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates, building relationships, and managing a candidate database while working towards revenue targets.

The Role:

Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
Managing your candidate database.
Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

Minimum 2:1 degree
Minimum 6 months sales experience (preferred but not essential)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Financially motivated
Strong work ethic
Extracurricular or sporting achievements
