Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for recruitment? We are seeking a dedicated and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our client in Leeds on a temporary basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the recruitment process while working with a dynamic team in the transport industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including managing job postings, applications, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain candidate databases and update records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruitment team.
- Handle incoming queries related to recruitment and employment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with recruitment software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to start ASAP and work 25 hours per week (3 days in the office).
