This is a 360 role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the desk. The company will provide on-the-job and classroom-based training to give you the tools you need to succeed further.Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Advertising for roles via job boards, websites and social media.
  • Interviewing and screening applicants to determine suitability.
  • Selling and developing business via the phone and face-to-face.
  • Completing the full recruitment cycle.
  • Recruitment administration.

You will need

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a recruitment consultant role.
