Search Recruitment Group is seeking Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Leeds and specialise in Transactional Finance. As a Recruitment Consultant, your main responsibilities will include developing new sales opportunities through B2B calling and using LinkedIn, as well as sourcing candidates, shortlisting them for vacancies, and overseeing the full hiring process.

Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience within a B2B or B2C sales environment.
- Proven experience of working in a busy environment and working to targets.
- Confident with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competitive, driven, and ambitious - always looking to win and succeed!
- Motivated within a busy environment.
- And a desire to learn and progress.

What will you be doing?
- Contacting new and existing clients to generate new opportunities through B2B sales, LinkedIn and meetings!
- Attending client meetings to discuss new business opportunities, take new job profiles and SLA's.
- Negotiating fees and rates with clients to ensure you maximise your commercial output.
- Writing engaging job adverts and using social media to source the best talent.
- Sourcing candidates using industry-leading job boards, CV databases, and carrying out interviews.
- Managing each stage of the process including interviews and offers.
- Maintaining regular contact with your candidates and clients!
