TSA Surveying are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our established team which specialises in recruiting to the property consultancy sector on both a permanent and temporary basis.

TSA Surveying is an independently ownedspecialistconsultancy based in Kirkstall. With20years + experience operating in the surveying sector we have excellent long-term relationships with a number of the key clients in the property sector, and as such we quite often work on an exclusive or preferred status with our top customers.
We are looking to recruit someone to assist in the delivery of incoming vacancies predominately of a permanent nature within Building Surveying and Fire Consultancy. This would ideally suit individuals that enjoy the candidate element of recruitment but may not particularly enjoy the business development aspect. The successful individual will be expected to:
  • Assist in the identifying andattractionof top-tier candidates
  • Ensure that candidates meet the criteria established by the client
  • Take time to understand the candidate motivators and expectations in terms of career.
  • Maintain and build a comprehensive candidate pipeline via an established candidate attraction method.
  • Manage and communicate effectively during the candidate and client journey.
  • You will typically be responsible for a number of search assignments at any one time, as such you will be expected to manage your own workload as such.
Our ideal background is flexible however the key attributes we are looking for are:
  • Someone able to understand and assimilate detailed information of a technical nature.
  • Excellent communication in both verbal and written format.
  • Someone comfortable on the phone, i.e. prior experience in customer services, outbound sales or call centre basis.
  • Someone driven to succeed with a strong focus on client service and delivery.
