Your Mission

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and revenue by attracting and securing new clients. Your role will be crucial in establishing and maintaining client relationships, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering outstanding temporary recruitment solutions.   • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, especially in communication, persuasion, and presentation.

  • Have experience working in the recruitment sector.
  • Are experienced in delivering full recruitment services for temporary placements.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Business Development: Identify and engage potential new clients, conduct market research, and explore sales opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Client and Candidate Relationships: Build and nurture excellent relationships with clients and candidates. Understand their requirements and problems, ensuring we deliver exceptional service as expert partners.
  • Sales and Engagement: Meet and exceed your targets, and be involved in client sales and engagement from initial prospecting through to contract negotiation and delivery.

BONUS

Under this scheme, you are entitled to earn 10% of temp gross profit for each new client win for the first six months of supply. New clients are classified as those where there has been no supply over the preceding 12 months.
This commission is only earnt once a threshold of 2,000 per month of new client gross profit is reached. This commission is paid out monthly in arrears.
