Recruitment Consultant (Education Sector)

Salary: £25,500 - £30,000 dependent upon experienceEmployment Type: Full-TimeWorking Hours:

Term Time: 7am - 5pm
Holidays: 5 hours per dayHoliday Entitlement: 28 days + 3 days at ChristmasWork Arrangement: Work from home on Wednesdays

Job Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Education sector, you will be integral in supporting schools with the recruitment of non-classroom-based staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

Recruiting and placing caretakers, administrators, business support staff, and business managers within schools.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with school administrative teams.
Understanding the specific staffing needs of each school and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Managing the full recruitment process from advertising roles to on boarding new hires.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and safeguarding requirements.
Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role.
Understanding of the education sector, particularly non-teaching role would be desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and other related technologies.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to recruitment challenges.
