As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing and placing candidates in various sectors, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results. This role is office-based, with the opportunity to earn excellent commission based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match with client requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Manage a high volume of roles and vacancies across various industries
  • Provide expert recruitment advice to clients and candidates
  • Negotiate salaries, terms, and conditions on behalf of candidates and clients
  • Achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team

  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales is highly desirable
