Package: £25K Basic Salary - £55K OTE Year 1, £65K OTE Year 2 and £80K Year 3

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Sales - Recruitment - The Role

Meeting with clients virtually and in-person to determine the specific needs of their business
Headhunting executive individuals for 'hard to fill' positions
Travelling both nationally and internationally to meet clients and candidates
Advising clients on the market and hiring strategy
Interviewing and networking with high level executive candidates
Business Development to win new clients for the organisation
