What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building relationships with schools and educators through sales, business development, and networking
- Placing top teaching talent in schools across the UK
- Managing the recruitment process: advertising, sourcing, registering candidates
- Negotiating salaries and finalising job offers
- Using our cutting-edge tech & bespoke app to streamline recruitment
- Leading clients and candidates through our unique iday recruitment events
