Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, academies, colleges, and universities to understand their recruitment needs.
- Identify, attract, and assess high-quality teaching and education support professionals through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate engagement and interviews to placement and aftercare support.
- Ensure all candidates meet strict compliance and safeguarding requirements, including DBS checks, right-to-work documentation, and reference verification.
- Stay informed about education sector trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to expand the client base.
- Provide expert advice to both clients and candidates, negotiate contracts and salary packages, and ensure mutually beneficial placements.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and recruitment activities using CRM systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Create compelling job adverts, utilise digital platforms to attract top talent, and enhance brand presence within the education sector.
- Work towards KPIs and revenue targets, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a competitive market.
- Provide ongoing career advice, interview coaching, and professional development guidance to candidates to help them succeed in their roles.
About You
Essential Requirements:
- A Minimum Of 3 Years Education Recruitment Experience.
- A Minimum Of 1 Years Supervisor / Management Experience.
