What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with the right opportunities.
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding our client portfolio.
- Managing recruitment processes efficiently using our IT systems.
- Meeting and exceeding targets in a fast paced, competitive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
- Strong business development and client management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, IT-literate, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to recruitment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to office location).
