Ambitions Personnel has 14 offices across the UK and recently opened their West Yorkshire Branch. Due to contract wins, we are looking to add to our West Yorkshire team, at a very exciting time. The role is working full time, with the right candidate starting ASAP.

The main duties will reverberate around providing a first class recruitment service to both candidates and key clients. This will involve:

  • Resourcing staff for a variety of, mainly, temporary roles. This ranges from ancillary based staff to administrators and senior managers.
  • Conducting right to work and other pre employment checks.
  • Interviewing potential candidates and helping them through the recruitment journey.
  • Liaising with clients over the telephone, through face-to-face meetings and emails.
  • Operationally managing temporary staff and coordinating rotas.
  • Logging information on the CRM system.
  • Dealing with payroll.

The ideal candidate will be articulate, confident and be able to pick things up quickly. This role would really suit someone with previous recruitment work history or a recent graduate, who is very keen to learn. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a team at a time when they are going through significant growth.
