  • Searching and sourcing part qualified / qualified accountancy, finance or advisory professionals within the UK for temporary or permanent opportunities
  • Mapping industry trends and job leads with an emphasis on networking and referrals.
  • Telephone screening candidates, carrying out initial face to face interviews and organising further meetings with the appropriate recruitment consultants
  • Updating and maintaining the recruitment system/database
  • Provide a short-list of CVs for consultants within requested time frames.
  • Generate new business through a variety of business development techniques
  • Meets sales/NFI targets in line with the business plan, personal objectives and conduct a monthly 1:1 meeting with manager
