What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with the right opportunities.
  • Developing new business opportunities and expanding our client portfolio.
  • Managing recruitment processes efficiently using our IT systems.
  • Meeting and exceeding targets in a fast paced, competitive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
  • Strong business development and client management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised, IT-literate, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to recruitment.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to office location).
