Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

The Role:
- Manage and grow a permanent desk within the Construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their resourcing needs are met.
- Pro-actively identify and attract top talent in the industry.
- Contribute to our strategy of professionalising our pipeline with more permanent roles and white-collar contracts.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within Construction.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and sourcing candidates.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
