This is a full life cycle, 360, business development opportunity. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll step into a role that's both demanding and incredibly fulfilling, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business development through new sales and nurturing existing relationships.
The SThree Leeds office is excited to announce the formation of our "New Business Development - Contract Focused - CRM / Salesforce Recruitment Team." Building on the incredible success we've experienced in Bristol within this market, we have developed a strong portfolio of clients in the North. This success provides us with the perfect platform to grow and develop a new team from our Leeds office, allowing us to be closer to our customers and better serve their needs.
You need to be self motivated and resilient. This will have the feel of "something new" but with the backing and support of the Biggest Billing IT / Tech Recruitment Team in UK SThree. Key responsibilities for this role include developing and nurturing new contract business relationships, driving contract sales activities to exceed targets, and leading by example to foster a collaborative team environment. If you have a proven track record and are ready to take on a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
Experience as a CRM / SalesForce Recruitment Consultant would be ideal - However, we are also very interested in speaking with experienced recruitment consultants from similar or other recruitment sectors who are looking to transition into IT / Tech. It is crucial that you can demonstrate 360-degree business development success in your current recruitment role.
While "Recruitment is Recruitment," if you are unable to provide examples of building and developing a market with both clients and candidates, then this particular role may not be the right fit for you. Please note - This opportunity is NOT a pure resourcing role, NOT a HR role, NOT a Talent Advisory role, NOT an Inhouse / Onsite TA Partner role.
