A company within our group (Hortor Ltd), situated in the heart of Leeds City Centre, a short walk from the train station is looking to add an experienced Recruitment Consultant to the delivery function, reporting into the Delivery Manager.

The Person

You will be an experienced Delivery Consultant, ideally with a background of delivery of IT professionals, contract & perm across the UK. If you have experience working with 'Security Cleared' candidates, that's a big advantage as the types of roles you will be working on are niche and for various government projects.

Responsibilities

> Client Management - Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

> Job Descriptions - Collaborate with with clients to create detailed job descriptions for various vacancies

> Candidate Sourcing - Utilise various methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, Linkedin Recruiter, etc...

> Screening & Interviewing - Review CV's, conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine their suitability and level of security clearance for active vacancies

> Negotiation - Be an experienced negotiator, able to negotiate salary and employment terms between both client and candidates

> Reporting - Be able to prepare and produce reports on recruitment activities, metrics and client feedback

> Database Administration - Keeping the company CRM fully up-to-date, including uploading CV's and moving candidates to the relevant stages, rejecting applications, etc...
