We currently have an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our extremely successful rec2rec division. Our friendly and proactive consultants will be with you every step of the way, as they know first-hand what it takes, providing you with the advice and support you need to excel in the recruitment world.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing Candidates from enquiry to placement
• Building/maintaining relationships with Clients with face-to-face meetings
• Reporting to your Line Manager on weekly productivity/KPI’s
• Fulfil Clients’ needs and expectations
• Adapt to market changes/influences

Who We're Seeking

• Are you adept at creating connections and nurturing professional relationships?
• Do you have a background in recruitment? Great, but it's not a deal-breaker. A quick learner with a strategic mindset is what we’re really after.
• Possess an entrepreneurial flair and a passion for carving out your own success?

• Will have at least 1 years previous recruitment background
• Will understand the recruitment industry
