The Role

You will be provided with regular training and development to build your expert within a specific tech vertical.

This is a full 360-Recruitment Consultant role where you will be required to liaise with clients and maintain existing relationship. Alongside this, you will be expected to expand the company’s network through business development. You will find and win new clients and create your own pool of qualified candidates to fit your client’s requirements.

Your Experience

You will come from an IT or Technology recruitment background, or another Technical sector, and have at least 2 years recruitment agency experience.

Experience-wise, you will be used to and want to work in a 360 recruitment position, and enjoy the relationship building with Clients.

You will have a great work ethic and be the sort of person who takes full accountability for their own desk, as our Client like to give full autonomy and flexibility to their employees.
