We are actively seeking individuals of exceptional calibre to spearhead the growth of our Industrial Recruitment team in Leeds. There is a huge geographical remit to take advantage of, so having strengths in, and being able to thrive in conducting new business development is a must.

Within our Industrial division, we have high-achieving teams of seasoned and industry-acknowledged Recruiters specialising in warehouse, manufacturing, and engineering recruitment, operating nationally. Our collaborative approach enables us to leverage client relationships, and our focus on industry verticals ensures a deep understanding of candidate markets.
Alongside a hugely successful management team, you will be involved in shaping and developing the team, with the financial backing and support to build and attract those aligned with your vision. As an added incentive, for your initial six months, you will benefit from a 0% threshold on your billings allowing to immediately start earning commission.
