Castlefield Recruitment are currently looking for someone to join our Leeds Office as a Resourcer. You will be working alongside a Senior Manager, who currently manages the resourcing function, and will work alongside a team of experienced consultants.

The Role:

  • Resourcing for a range of roles within Castlefield’s Professional Services areas – utilising a range of online and in-house resources
  • Making a large volume of calls to engage with potential candidates
  • Attracting candidates via LinkedIn
  • Sourcing candidates for interim, fixed term contract and permanent roles
  • Calling and messaging candidates and assessing their suitability for roles
  • Adding to and updating the internal system
  • Posting adverts and monitoring responses
  • Selling roles to prospective candidates and building a rapport with registered candidates
  • Act as a key point of contact for recruitment processes
  • Analysing recruitment data, reporting on key trends
  • Passing pre-screened candidates to the consultants for the next stages
  • Regularly hitting candidate KPIs – meetings, calls and new registrations
