As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in finding, attracting, and hiring exceptional legal professionals and support staff to help us grow and thrive. Working closely with hiring managers, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and delivering top talent to support our business needs.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job postings and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiations.
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure the firm's long-term hiring needs are met.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Champion the firm's employer brand, ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Profile

About You:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
  • Strong understanding of the legal sector and the types of roles within law firms (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media for sourcing candidates.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • A passion for delivering a great candidate experience and finding the best talent.
