We are seeking a Talent Deployment Specialist to join our dynamic team at Reed Specialist Recruitment. This role is crucial for ensuring the fulfilment of our client's temporary, permanent, and shift requirements in accordance with contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end order processes, engage stakeholders effectively, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet diverse client needs.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage the entire order lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring all client requirements are met efficiently.
  • Foster and develop strong relationships with clients to understand their ongoing and future recruitment needs, maximising success ratios for candidate placements.
  • Facilitate on-site interviews and assessment events as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and the account management team for all recruitment-related queries and escalations.
  • Ensure accurate recording of recruitment data in internal databases and adherence to all legislative and quality standards.
  • Manage candidate expectations regarding booking, shift allocation, and compliance processes.
  • Coordinate with Talent Attraction Specialists to ensure a continuous supply of high-calibre candidates.
  • Handle temporary HR issues and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve them satisfactorily.

Key relationships:

  • Clients - understanding the requirements of client vacancies
  • Candidates - Building relationships to ensure effective matching and in-booking management
  • Colleagues - Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure overall successful fulfilment of client vacancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent deployment, preferably within a staffing agency.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and client management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and databases.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality service that exceeds client expectations.
