We're Anderselite, a leading built environment specialist recruiter, and we're working with a housing provider in West Yorkshire to find a highly skilled Testing Electrician to join their growing maintenance team.
In this role, you'll:
- Conduct EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) testing and inspections in domestic properties (both vacant and occupied)
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults to ensure the safety and well-being of residents
- Issue electrical certificates and maintain detailed reports
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Testing and Inspection (e.g., 2391)
- Has a minimum of 1 years' experience in domestic electrical testing, with a strong focus on EICRs
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with residents and colleagues
- Maintains a meticulous approach to health and safety regulations
