*Exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is looking to build themselves a career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment*As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include generating new business opportunities through B2B sales and business development, as well as sourcing new candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.You will receive award-winning training from our dedicated Talent Development team, who will support you at every step of your career with Search. These training programmes are designed to quickly develop your skills as a complete beginner.In return, you will receive a competitive remuneration package, which includes an uncapped commission structure with a 0% threshold.
