The Company:

The Role:

  • Business development and building business relationships
  • Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates via LinkedIn.
  • Negotiating and objection handling.
  • Qualifying candidates and building candidate networks.
  • Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews.
  • Lead & referral generating.
  • Learning to become an expect in your market.

The Requirements:

  • 12 months sales experience or commercial experience
  • Ambition and a willingness to learn.
  • Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience shown through internships, part-time jobs or sporting achievements.
  • Inherent competitive nature.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
