Business Development &Sales Activity – Regular Sales Activity – Business Development with new and existing clientele. ? Job Requirement Analysis – Collaborate with hiring managers and sales leaders to understand the specific skills, qualifications, and experience needed for various roles.? Candidate Sourcing – Actively search for prospect candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.?
