Job Title:Compliance Manager
Location:Leeds
Salary:42,000 - 45,000 per annum (negotiable)
Hours:Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:45am - 4:30pm
Annual Leave:23 days, increasing to 26 days after 5 years

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and conscientious Compliance Manager to ensure our products meet quality standards and protect our brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with BRC and ISO standards.
Oversee and update the Quality Management System.
Lead the HARA team and manage the site HARA plan.
Conduct internal and external audits, addressing any issues.
Set and monitor quality and compliance objectives.
Manage supplier approvals and equipment calibration.
Maintain site policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
Lead crisis management exercises and report compliance updates.

Skills and Attributes:

Experience with BRC and ISO compliance.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office.
