Team Coordinator - Leeds
Workforce & Organisational Development Team
Location: Leeds City Centre
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary (Up to 12 weeks) with the view to extend.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive temporary worker to join our Workforce and Organisational Development team for a period of up to 12 weeks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our Associate Principal Investigator (PI) scheme and contribute to the efficient operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the Associate PI Scheme:
    • Monitor the system for new submissions (Studies and trainees).
    • Review submission details for completeness, validity, and eligibility.
    • Issue certificates to successful candidates.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Respond to emails from researchers, speciality group members, and study teams requesting to participate in the Associate Principal Investigator scheme.
    • Ensure all queries are handled within agreed timeframes.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
  • Document Management:
    • Support the team in maintaining external-facing documents, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and taking action points.
  • Data Reporting:
    • Collaborate with team members to produce data reports supporting the work of the Associate PI Scheme.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required by the Workforce & Organisational Development management team.
