Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

A fantastic opportunity to join a successful, growing business who are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator to provide full support to Account Managers and the Sales Team Leader.

Working within a busy sales department, you will be responsible for internal sales and supporting the Account Managers, whilst building strong business relationships. You’ll interact with customers on a daily basis and provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers and conduct account analysis to review lapsed business
  • Assist with customer visits alongside Account Managers as needed
  • Handle inbound calls to the sales department, resolving queries and providing solutions
  • Manage incoming emails and ensure prompt responses
  • Ensure delivery deadlines are met and keep customers informed of any delays
  • Raise quotes and follow them through to completion
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to achieve set targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong, credible business relationships with customers
  • Prepare weekly reports detailing customer interactions, opportunities, and quotes
  • Process new sales enquiries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales administration.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Highly organised with a proactive approach.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Proficient in IT systems and software.
