Sales Support Administrator
Location: Horsforth
Salary: £30,000 per annumÂ

A fantastic opportunity to join a successful, growing business who are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator to provide full support to Account Managers and the Sales Team Leader.
Working within a busy sales department, you will be responsible for internal sales and supporting the Account Managers, whilst building strong business relationships. You’ll interact with customers on a daily basis and provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Make outbound calls to existing customers and conduct account analysis to review lapsed business
- Assist with customer visits alongside Account Managers as needed
- Handle inbound calls to the sales department, resolving queries and providing solutions
- Manage incoming emails and ensure prompt responses
- Ensure delivery deadlines are met and keep customers informed of any delays
- Raise quotes and follow them through to completion
- Collaborate with Account Managers to achieve set targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong, credible business relationships with customers
- Prepare weekly reports detailing customer interactions, opportunities, and quotes
- Process new sales enquiries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales administration.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Highly organised with a proactive approach.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Proficient in IT systems and software.
