Cogent Staffing are currently seeking an Customer Development Executive for our well established beauty product supplies client based in Horsforth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service, B2B and must have a confident, professional approach when liaising with customers. A candidate with a genuine interest in the beauty industry would be preferable.
THE ROLE:
- Answering inbound calls for customer orders and dealing with enquiries
- Developing relationships with an existing client base and growing new business
- Contacting lapsed accounts and ensuring the database of clients is kept updated
- Undertaking other general office admin duties including filing, providing refreshments and greeting visitors.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Previous experience of dealing with B2B customers over the phone (would consider someone with salon experience also)
- Must have a friendly, confident and professional telephone manner
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own
- must impress as a hardworking and reliable person with a "can do" attitude
THE SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Temporary to permanent - this position will offer permanent contract after 12 successful weeks through the agency
- 25,000 PA to start
- 09:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
- 28 days holiday (Inc. Stats) (3 days to be used over Christmas)
