Role Overview:
As an Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating dependencies between various labs and external stakeholders. You will oversee complex implementations while facilitating both business and technology change. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships will be key to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and communicate integration points across Labs/Platforms.
- Catalogue and manage dependencies, ensuring timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate blockers, escalating issues to product owners as necessary.
- Oversee supplier performance and manage under-performance effectively.
- Coordinate integration processes across shared infrastructure.
- Provide expertise for governance activities related to multiple programmes.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Agile Methodology & Tools, managing agile teams to deliver significant change.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to build and sustain long-term relationships.
- Experience in planning, tracking, reporting, and governance activities.
- Ability to address critical risks/issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Leadership experience in cultural change initiatives within a regulated environment.
- Coaching and feedback skills, with a focus on active listening and constructive advice.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience in change management governance/methodology.
- Proven ability in delivering complex, high-risk implementations.
- Background in business and technology change, particularly in the mortgage sector.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to manage multiple dependencies and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
