Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to contribute to a zero-carbon future? We have an exciting new role for a Renewable Project Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team!

About the Role:

As a Renewable Project Coordinator, you will support our business with its rapid growth and success. You will coordinate projects to completion, working with a dynamic and growing business line that brings carbon and energy savings to new and existing clients. This role involves liaising with staff, clients, installers, and suppliers to ensure smooth installations and exceptional customer service from pre-installation to after-sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver client proposals and project documentation, including customer-facing and site documents.
  • Support the Operations team, from the design department to the installation engineers.
  • Manage the work diary and prepare paperwork for site installations.
  • Prepare reports and generate sales leads for new and existing customers.
  • Manage the telephone, handling inquiries or directing them to the relevant person.
  • Create and update records within the company CRM, keeping project information up to date.
  • Assist the management team with diary management, appointments, and travel requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure the smooth running of all office systems, utilities, and services, ordering supplies when necessary.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary - we're a small team, and everyone chips in.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience working in the renewables industry is desirable.
  • Experience in a similar administrative role is essential.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot CRM and Google Sheets is desirable.
