Salary: £42,000 + £2k bonus
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

About the Role:
My client, a leader in food and hospitality, is seeking a Catering General Manager at a prestigious law firm location in Leeds, to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences and corporate hospitality. This is a hands-on, full-time role where your leadership will directly shape the success of the operation.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver top-notch service.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of excellence with a focus on food standards and innovation.
- Manage key business KPIs, including Health & Safety, financial performance, and sustainability.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in high-end hospitality or corporate catering management.
- Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a passion for exceptional service.
- Financially astute with experience in managing budgets and driving performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with a strategic mindset.
- A background in high end, prestige client contract catering.
